The Student Residency Questionnaire is completed and submitted as part of the online registration process for all new and returning students. Thrall ISD is also requesting proof of residency for all Thrall ISD students for the 2022-23 school year. Please turn in your proof of residency document to your student's campus office. If you have more than one student that attends Thrall ISD from your residence, please turn in just one proof of residency document for your family with all of  your students' names and current grades listed on the document.

Acceptable proof of residency documents:

  • A copy of a current (current or previous month) utility bill (electric, gas, water) which shows the current usage on it;

  • A current lease (for 30 days until a utility bill is available);

  • If you have recently purchased your home, a copy of the closing papers will suffice until a utility bill is available to reproduce (within 30 days); or

  • If you are living with a friend or a relative within Thrall ISD, an affidavit must be completed, notarized, and provided along with a current utility bill.

If  your student is new to Thrall ISD for the 2022-23 school  year, you have already provided your proof of residency document during your onsite registration process.

If your student was accepted into the district as a transfer student, there is no proof of residency document required.

The deadline to turn in the proof of residency document is Wednesday, August 24, 2022.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact your campus principal.
