Students in Principles of Ag have been learning parliamentary procedure and how to run a meeting.
Today they created their own snack mix by making and amending motions.. some of the items they had the opportunity to add to their cheerios include: marshmallows, raisins, m&ms, pretzels, skittles, and sour gummies,,
This was a fun experience and a great way to learn to process of making and carrying out motions.

Congrats to Baylee Killingsworth for qualifying for the Texas High School Rodeo Association state finals in barrel racing.
Baylee ended up in the top 10 in the Region 9 High School Rodeo Association for the year. THSRA is comprised of 10 regions across the state of Texas. Each region takes the top 10 from each event to the state finals in Abilene in June.
The top 4 contestants from each event at state will qualify for the National High School Rodeo Finals in July.
Great job Baylee!
