Thrall FFA Wool judging season in full swing! We appreciate Claire Hilscher for volunteering today to educate our students about the wool industry and how to judge wool! Students judge fleeces based on character, yield, fiber strength, grease weight, and lengths of staples. The team's first contest is February 17th in San Antonio. #doingtolearn

Seven of our TMS band students are in their region band rehearsals today and tomorrow! Performance is tomorrow, and begins at 4:30 with the HS Region Jazz Band, then the MS Concert and Symphonic bands follow beginning at 5:00pm at the Wilhelm PAC in Bastrop.
In honor of school board appreciation month, CTE student groups from Thrall High School spent Wednesday evening showering the board with appreciation! Students served the members and guests a meal and then walked them through a tour of the new addition to Thrall High School.
We appreciate our school board for all of their hard work and commitment to our school and students!
