Students in Equine Science have been learning about the different breeds of horses. They had a project where they chose a breed to educate the class about and created a model horse of that breed out of wire, paper, modge podge, and paint. They also created a scale measurement of the model. This was a fun, hands on activity!
Fun Fact: did you know that horses are measured in hands and not inches? One hand is equivalent to 4 inches.
Thrall Football has been named a 2023 State Finalist for the prestigious National High School Academic Excellence Award! 84 total finalists and only 6 in 2A. The champion will be announced next week!

Another hard fought game with our 7th grade girls against the Hearne MS girls at home. Back and forth lead and our girls come out on top. Final score Tigerettes-34, Lady Eagles - 33
After an amazing hard fought basketball game by our 7th grade boys, they finished with a win over Hearne. The Hearne Eagles lead most of the game until late in the fourth quarter when the Tigers took the lead. Well
