Seniors had the opportunity today to play "the game of life". Representatives from Capital Farm Credit worked through mock situations by providing them with different scenarios and reality checks. Each senior was given a salary for the career path they chose and had to do things such as: buy insurance, pay rent, pay utilities, pay tickets, buy clothing, etc. This was a fun and eye opening experience and after completing the activity many of them said they might need to change career choices. We really appreciate Capital Farm Credit for providing this opportunity for our students!

Thrall FFA wool judgers tonight at their first official practice of the season! Thank you to Claire Hilscher for volunteering her time to coach these kids and Cassie Callahan for allowing us to practice in Cameron with them😊 You might wonder how wool is judged??...The team members must learn to evaluate fleeces for fineness, length, and yield. They must also be knowledgeable of grading standards and evaluation techniques. We are excited for contest season to begin! #learningtodo #doingtolearn
