Thrall Basketball represented well this past weekend. Varsity Boys remain undefeated, took 1st place and came home Champs from the Florence Tournament. Varsity Girls finished the Jarrell Tournament strong and congratulations to Ashlyn Jarosek for being selected to the All- Tournament team. Our JV Tigerettes played well and took 2nd place in the Jarrell JV Tournament! Well done Tigers and Tigerettes- keep up the hard work.

Excellent day at Region Band auditions in Smithville today! So proud of all of these kids for preparing and following through. Congrats to Kiaya and Mat for earning seats in the ATSSB Region 18/26 Concert Band. Kiaya also advanced to Area in January!

Thrall ISD did not receive the threat that many districts in the state received today. Investigations are in process for this and more information will be provided as it becomes available.
The High School Student Council was able to purchase Christmas items for several people from the Thrall Giving Tree in order to make their season brighter! Wonderful students doing wonderful things!

Congrats to TJ Kirchner for winning both steer and heifer showmanship in the senior division and Leanne Kirchner for winning the intermediate showmanship with her steer at WCLA!
We wrapped up the County Show today with poultry and cattle shows. A BIG Congratulations to a couple of our seniors, Patrick Zieschang and Dawson Meiske. Patrick won both Grand and Reserve Champion Steers, and Dawson Meiske won Reserve Chamion Turkey!
Our 8th grade boys hosted the Bartlett Bulldogs tonight. Final score Tigers 45, Bulldogs 10

Thrall kids had a great time at the "Special Edition" fair and stock-show🐐 these kids learned all about agriculture and even had to opportunity to pretend show some livestock😊
